A TRIP by Puangsoi Aksornsawang w/Thanart Rasanon (Special guests: Prapamonton Eiamchan and Bhumibhat Thavornsiri)

During the pandemic, all activities came to a halt.
How did we navigate and experience life around that moment within and without the gallery? 

Puangsoi makes a hybrid documentation of the exhibition NOWHERE SPECIAL by Tae Parvit at BANGKOK CITYCITY GALLERY together with Sound designer, Thanart Rasanon combining various elements such as live music performances and fictional dialogue. Puangsoi moves between moving images and writing within a personal memory context, alternately relating to and reflecting on other socially collective spaces.

Working with two actors and a roughly pre-written dialogue, the actors interact and flow through the exhibition, surrounded by a live sound performance. Puangsoi utilizes materials from both the cinematographer and the actors to blend the story, merging elements of fiction and non-fiction dialogue.
